We began looking into buying a new vehicle about two months ago. We then went to several dealerships while on a family vacation, but we did not get the same hospitality as we had from Osvaldo which urged us to come back to San Angelo to make our purchase. Additionally, other salesmen we worked with did not know as much about the vehicles they were selling. When my husband asked specific questions that were important to us as we decided on a truck, Osvaldo was able to provide us with the information we needed. We felt as though both Osvaldo and the dealership its' self helped us get into the truck we needed to fit our family of 4 with the accessories we wanted. We were happy with the trade in on our old vehicle as well as the price of our new truck. Following the purchase, Osvaldo has efficiently followed up with us to see how we were liking the vehicle as well as checking on our appointments with the service department for getting the grill gaurd put on. This young man got my van fixed tow days early. He kept me informed of what repairs were needed and how much they would cost.
