I had a great experience at the dealership. I was expecting for the process to be grueling, but I was pleasantly wrong, Jamie was knoledgeable, patient, and also upfront with all fees. The process was smooth, given they didn't take too much out of my time, and most important, gave me good/fair, if not, great deal. My wife now drives the 2013 Edge and she loves it. As soon as I entered the dealership I was treated with courtesy and friendliness. I was met quickly by the receptionest and led to the person I needed to speak with, Joe Pedi. I had briefly spoken with Jo courtesy and friendliness. I was met quickly by the receptionest and led to the person I needed to speak with, Joe Pedi. I had briefly spoken with Joe the previous night and he had already pulled our lease agreement that was ending and had all the information we needed. Joe gave us to Frank Pedi who was to handle our new lease. Frank was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the entire process and kept us consantly updated until we finally left in our new Ford Fusion. I would also be remiss if I didn't acknowledge Dan the "Sync Man" who was very knowledgable and helpful in setting up our new vehicle. And even though he was not involved in our new lease, Mark Powell frequently kept us comfortable in the dealership and well taken care of. Joe, Frank. Dan and Mark are excellent at their jobs and and would make anyone's buying experience enjoyable. We are sure to go back and as well as recommend to friends and family. More
We had a very bad experience with another dealership and we were very unhappy on how they lied and told us that the car we bought (2011 Escape) had what we wanted and when we got home with it, it was't what we were very unhappy on how they lied and told us that the car we bought (2011 Escape) had what we wanted and when we got home with it, it was't what we asked for. It was a new car and 2 years after having the car, all we had were problems. We then contacted this dealership, they told us to come in that they would help us whichever way they could. They took in our old car, paid it off,and we got a 2013 Escape for the same payment, (sort of an exchange) and we were very happy and everything we were told, was exactly what we got. well i find the leaseing process itself overwhelming, it takes hours and half the time you don't know what is going on. i will say however i leased with this dealership twice now both times i worked with Jo takes hours and half the time you don't know what is going on. i will say however i leased with this dealership twice now both times i worked with Joe Germino and i would recomend him to anyone .he listen to what you want, and tells you all your options in an understandable way. he helps you from beginning to end and does not try to mislead you in anyway. and the man who synced my phone was very nice to and called check on my phone the next day. Frank Pedi did an awesome job! I recently turned in my 2011 Fusion lease and Frank showed me all my options. I am now leasing a 2013 Fusion. He worked within my financial limits and he was quick to return 2011 Fusion lease and Frank showed me all my options. I am now leasing a 2013 Fusion.
