We are always a little hesitant to go to a dealership. You never know what to expect from the salesman to the sales manager and so on. When we got to All American Ford we met with Jamie and right away he You never know what to expect from the salesman to the sales manager and so on. When we got to All American Ford we met with Jamie and right away he made us comfortable and at ease. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Frank was great as always! This is my third lease from all American Ford and I have dealt with Frank every time. He always go above and beyond to get me to where I need to be in price, quality, and amenit all American Ford and I have dealt with Frank every time. I live pretty far from All American so its not always easy to get up to the dealership, but Frank always works around my busy schedule and is very helpful when I finally am able to make the trip. I am a returning Ford Customer and have been loyal to the brand for 25 years. I was very impressed with the showroom and the awesome selection of inventory that they had on the lot. Jamie was running all o brand for 25 years. I was very impressed with the showroom and the awesome selection of inventory that they had on the lot. Jamie was running all over trying to find an the right Edge. It was hard to make a decision, but the 2013 Edge was the right choice. Jamie was very patient even though some of the financing was problematic. That was not Jamies fault, but one of the dealership. I also dealt with Dayna Gall and she was very patient in explaining all the features of MyTouch and Sync. She followed up the very next day to insure that I was comfortable with the features and if I wanted to come back in to go over them I could do so at any time. More
