We were looking for a Ford Edge and wanted to trade in our Honda Accord. Bill drove us around the dealership showing us potential Edges. Jamie was knowledgable about the vehicle & was able to answer all of my questions. Considering the fact that the vehicle was actually for my wife he was able to answer all of her questions as well. Usually the negotiation part of purchasing a vehicle is the least pleasurable aspect of the new vehicle process but Jamie was able to make this go smoothly.
