Renee is always courteous, friendly and follows up with her customer with a video showing what is being done for your vehicle good and alerting you of any safety issues that arise. She even gives you an estimate of the cost of the repair so you can make a decision address the repair needed. I chose to replace the front brake pads and rotors. Clinton was my Servicectech who performed the replacent for the brake pads and rotors early this morning on record time. I trust All American Ford Service with my Mariner 2008 implicitly. My wife’s 2014 Fusion needed an oil change and tire rotation. My Service Consultant, Alyssa Ferrono , noticed that it was nearing 100,000 miles and suggested a spark plug and engine tuneup, as well. rotation. My Service Consultant, Alyssa Ferrono , noticed that it was nearing 100,000 miles and suggested a spark plug and engine tuneup, as well. I agreed and left the car to be serviced. Later, I received a call from Alyssa advising that I could pay for the services remotely via a link and it would not require a fee. She noted that if I paid at the dealer, there would be an additional fee. I opted for the remote method and paid via the link. I later received another call from Alyssa advising me that the Fusion was ready. When I went to pick it up, I was in and out in minutes. Very nice experience. Thank you All American Ford and especially Alyssa. More
