I’m extremely disappointed in cost of services. I’m aware of price of parts. Parts were no more than $500 and that’s being generous. There’s no way install was $1,900 for something that should take no longe of price of parts. Parts were no more than $500 and that’s being generous. There’s no way install was $1,900 for something that should take no longer than 4 hrs ( I could do it in 2). I’ll definitely let as many people as possible know to go elsewhere More

Alyssa Ferrono was very professional and helpful during our basic maintenance service visit on November 17th. As pleased as we were with her, we were extremely disappointed with All America and/or Ford Mot our basic maintenance service visit on November 17th. As pleased as we were with her, we were extremely disappointed with All America and/or Ford Moter Company over the necessity to replace all lug nuts on a vehicle with 27,519 miles. We feel All American and or Ford should have absorbed this expense. It’s truly sad that the litigation filed in this matter leaves vehicle owners at the mercy of the auto industry’s failure to place safe products into the stream of commerce.
