I was told that my oil change would only take a few hours I took a loaner car came back after three hours then I was told I would be placed towards the end of the day because I had a loaner car and the peopl I took a loaner car came back after three hours then I was told I would be placed towards the end of the day because I had a loaner car and the people who were waiting were first So my oil change took a total of 4 1/2 hours even though I brought the loaner car back early I had to wait another hour and a half More
