All American Ford in Old Bridge

Had an anomaly where both Escapes purchased in’19, one month apart, had inoperable backup keys. Turned out just needed battery replacement. Car will be returned for recall repair and loaner provided. Karen provided excellent service as did the mechanic who diagnosed the problem. Can’t thank them enough. Would never have thought a simple battery replacement for the backup starters would be so beneficial! More
