Luckily for all involved, it was already on the lot. I took another Fusion Hybrid for a test ride & it did not disappoint. Delivery was quick & painless which is important since I haven't always had such a positive experience in years past with other dealers. Now that I've been driving it for a few weeks, I am happy to report that the mileage of 47 mpg is a real number. When driving conservatively, I can crack 50 mpg as well. My wife leases a Lincoln MKX & is a bit of a snob when it comes to cars. She didn't like my last 2 cars, but even she is impressed with the beautiful leather interior, comfortable, heated seats & deep rich, red exterior color. I like the practical safety features - rear-view camera, in-dash navigation & especially the moonroof, which is just a fun feature. I chose Ford because from all of the reviews I've read & people with whom I've spoken, Ford is the only American car manufacturer that understands that without quality, you have nothing. I expect this car to run us over 100,000 miles & hope to pass it along to my daughter when she turns 16 1/2. Even though it was originally purchased as a professional "company car", I hope to one day make it her cool kid's car. It's kind of good that the dealership is just about 2 miles to my house, so I can get in & out for an early appointment or maybe do some work at the dealership if I'm able to access their WiFi. Phil advocates on my behalf & can help me minimize down time by letting me know hen the traffic is slow so I can turn around my car & get back on the road quickly. More

Worst part is that I agreed to make the 1st months payment when purchasing and they overcharged me. I had been there for over four and a half hours and didn't realize the mistake until I got home. It's been over three weeks and I still am waiting for a refund. When I call all I can get is voicemails and no calls back. The place is a circus. NEVER again would I EVER step foot into that place!! More

He went over t A few days ago I bought my first Subaru. Naeem, the Client Advisor I dealt with, was very informative, helpful and very professional. He went over the features on the car and took me for a test drive. I have to say, Naeem has a lot of patience and I say that because I was undecided if I wanted the car with the GPS or not, leather seats or not, and what color exterior I wanted to go with. He always remained professional and I have to say there was no pressure; I took my time, to the point that they were starting to close but yet again there was no pressure never mentioning that they were closing soon or showed a sign that he was in a rush to go home; to me that was major very impressed. Finally, I made my decision with my husband's help and Naheem stayed till we finished the transaction and waved as I drove off with my Subaru crosstrek. So overall I am very satisfied and I would, without a doubt, recommend Naeem from All American Ford in Old Bridge to friends and family if they were to buy a car. I went to the dealership to look at a pre-owned Ford Edge. I explained to the salesman that I had a pre-approval from my credit union. Once we agreed on the purchase price I gave a deposit and told th Edge. I explained to the salesman that I had a pre-approval from my credit union. Once we agreed on the purchase price I gave a deposit and told them that I would have the paperwork faxed from the credit union so they could fill it out. Once their part was complete the Credit Union would overnight the check. I told him once they had the paperwork from the credit union I would like to pick up the car. I have purchased four vehicles this way previously and never once was it an issue. The salesman at all American did not tell me this process was not acceptable to them. After leaving work early on Friday April 4, 2014 to pick up the car I arrived at the dealership at the time I told the salesman I would be there. He wasn’t around and we waited a while before he even came and acknowledged us. They were supposed to have fixed damage to the rims on the car and they told me they hadn’t been able to do so and I would have to bring the car back. I said ok, I asked him if he had received the fax from the credit union, he hadn’t checked yet. After receiving the fax the salesman, Greg Miele, came back telling me I could not take the car as they had not received a check. At this point I was very frustrated and I told him to just give me my check as I would go elsewhere. I needed a vehicle and I he should have told me that sooner. I called to my husband that we were leaving. The salesman brought me to the sales manager, Mark Powell. He immediately had an attitude with me when I asked for my deposit back. He told me that he would never give a car without the check in hand. I explained to him that I had done this process before and had no way of knowing they would be different, and that I should have been told that up front. I was frustrated and aggravated; the Sales manager did not do what a customer service professional should have. Instead of helping to calm me and my husband down, he raised his voice and caught an attitude with us. He was extremely unprofessional and antagonistic. He told me he couldn’t give me my check back. I said well since it was cashed and I could show him my bank statement could he put the money back on my debit card. Again he refused, not only telling me no, but stating he didn’t know when they would be able to get around to it. At this point my husband became very irate and was yelling that if it wasn’t ok for them to trust us over money why should we trust them with our deposit. I knew my husband was upset and asked him to step outside so I could try to diffuse the issue. As my husband was doing the right thing and walking away Mark yelled to him across the dealership, “that’s right fool, I knew you would walk away”. This set me off over the top. I have never in my life experienced this, a sales manager goading a customer into a fight! Mark even went on to tell me that he had never heard of the credit union I was dealing with so for all he knew it was fake. At this point I asked when I could get my deposit back, he told me to call him the next morning at 9 am. Saturday Morning at 9 am I tried to reach him, I was told he was unavailable for me. I asked for his boss. I was told also that he was not available. I left messages with my number and they did not call me back. I called Ford Corporation and was helped by a nice representative named Patty. She tried to call the dealership on my behalf, Mark told her there was no way I was getting my deposit back that day or Monday. Patty then explained to me that he was not at all forthcoming to her with information. I am appalled that in an age were companies fold all the time, the owners of All American Ford would allow this man to work for them. I can understand their policy about having the check for the car, that isn’t my complaint. To be extremely clear, my complaint is not about the Ford brand either, I am a loyal Ford customer and have already found a better deal on an Edge. My complaint is about Mark Powell and All American Ford and the disgraceful way my husband and I were treated. In the past 24 hours my complaint on Facebook has been shared by over a dozen of my friends. I have posted on the All American Ford Facebook page as well as others. I have received over 50 messages from people stating their own bad experiences with this dealership or telling me they will never go there. One person told me that the sales manager told her husband to go “f” off while trying to negotiate for a car. Consumers have many choices; they will not support a place that treats people like this. This is beyond even receiving a deposit back; this deserves an apology for the treatment we received. More

My car came in by tow truck after my regular mechanic all ready diagnosed it to be a part that had been recalled. The next day Mike calls me to tell me due to lack of maintenance (excuse me buddy I may be female but I'm not stupid I take my car in for maintenance regularly and I highly doubt a mechanic my family has been going to for 20+ years is going to lie to me!) and that it would be $6800 to fix my car. I tell him I'd like to try to trade it in and here comes Steven who does not know how to tell time when he's supposed to call a client, can't lie straight (I was at the service department and was told Steven would be in then Steven calls me and tells me he's not in; tells me he'll call me to get my information to run numbers then days later calls me to tell me he needs a $4000 down payment [after I had all ready told him I didn't have but a couple hundred dollars to put down]). It was so bad that it took over 30 minutes for the service department to simply give me a bill for the "diagnostic" (which I have serious doubts was done correctly) and yet I still had to wait until the rookie mechanic took a stroll in a mustang he was working on not 1, not 2 but 3 times around the lot before he would hand me my keys because for some reason my keys were being held hostage!!! Last time I checked that's my car you're working on and I am employing your service, not the other way around!!! Never again will I go back there or recommend them to anyone! More
