Awesome experience overall. Everything was ready when i got there. Lease return went super smooth. Signing all the paperwork for the new lease was just as easy. Sales team was friendly and knowledgeable and easy to work with in negotiating a price. The pick up process of the vehicle was a bit time consuming. When looking for a new Mustang GT Premium I had looked at many different dealers. Being 23 years old people do not always look to you as an adult, and many of the dealers I went to treated me as a child and many different dealers. But this was not the case for All American Ford, and certainly not the case with my dealer Shimon Kada. From the first day I walked into All American Ford Shimon took the time to find out what kind of vehicle I was looking to buy. Being the Mustang Specialist I knew that he would definitely be able to help me get everything I wanted in my car. He walked me through special ordering of my car to picking it up and driving it off the lot. Shimon was there every step of the way and made my purchase of my new Mustang a pleasure.I can not speak more highly of Shimon and I would buy another vehicle from him any day. Because Shimon treated me with respect I knew that All American Ford was the place to buy my new car. Too bad for those other dealerships because I paid for it in full(cash) =). Looks aren't always what they seem to be and Shimon did not look at me as a kid but a potential buyer. My experience with Shimon was 10/10, and I will recommend him to any anyone and everyone I know looking to buy a new Ford. More

The highest accolade I can give to Tom Ferraro is that there were no surprises when the car we wanted was delivered and we went to pick it up. The negotiated price, the financing package and the extras t there were no surprises when the car we wanted was delivered and we went to pick it up. (We were given a voucher for one item as it wasn't in stock.) Tom was true to his word in every aspect. Buying a car is very stressful and at times overwhelming, but Tom was always calm. The car was prepped for us, Tom took the time to allow us to actually enjoy the thrill of getting a brand new car. All in all, our experience at this dealership with Tom was surprisingly pleasant. Not only that, Tom and the other staff at All-American loved our dog. How could one go wrong? More

I purchased a 2011 Ford Expedition in Jan 2011. I went into the dealer ready to buy...Long story short, I was there for 8 hours while they told me they were picking up the truck and "their" other dealersh into the dealer ready to buy...Long story short, I was there for 8 hours while they told me they were picking up the truck and "their" other dealership..The truth being, they went to NY, where I live and got the truck from Schultz Ford in Nanuet...Then, I paid for a dvd to be installed. When I went to pick up the truck, it was not the correct DVD we spoke about, and also it was scratched up and all the garabe from the installation was all over my back seat... To make things worse...MARTIN, told me to come back at 10,000 miles and because of all the stress of buying this truck, he would trown in a 10,000 mile check-up, a tire roation and alignment, and oil change for free. Well its that time and Martin claims he doesnt remember saying this or telling me that he would put it on my records so it would be there when I bring my truck in.. All and all I would never recomend this dealer. I should have just went in NY and stayed away from them..All they have done is lie and to make me sit there for 8 hours while they lie to me about where they were getting the car from...Also before I forget...When I brought the truck for the dvd, it had an extra 40miles on it, which they claim" no-one drove the truck" it was brand new and I knew how many miles where on it, even the service dept had a different milege written down, but they just dismissed it to me making a mistake... Go somewhere else. These people, especially Martin, are not honest people... More

Bought my car here 3 years ago and continue to get my car serviced there. Shimon is great to work with, and everyone in the service department is really friendly. The sale experience was average to below average. Be careful! Sales reps are deceptive at the close of the sale. Know the numbers before speaking with the finance individual.
