Very disappointing experience with Manager. I have been with Ford since 2007 n have had 5 leased vehicles and wanted to get into a new lease. My previous salesperson retired so I was contacted I have been with Ford since 2007 n have had 5 leased vehicles and wanted to get into a new lease. My previous salesperson retired so I was contacted by another salesman, but he was demeaning and not knowledgeable over the phone so I asked to speak to a manager and drove in traffic for almost an hour to meet with him and explained my situation financially due to the loss of my mother recently n told him what I could afford and I have been a loyal customer for 18 years with Ford, he then turn me over to Young salesman who was pleasant but also not very knowledgeable and came back to me over half hour later to tell me there was nothing they can do to help me and again I felt from the manager that he was trying to take advantage of my situation by offering me a higher monthly payment n a high down payment when I previously explained my situation and know the process from leading vehicles since 1993. He was not willing to bend or help me out. I have never experienced this in all my years of being with Ford or leasing for over two decades, as a woman men in this business try to take advantage of that n I am very knowledgeable on the car business. Unfortunately I will have to go to another dealership and it's very disappointing because I was happy with Paramus Ford with my last vehicle, but if you let a customer walk out the door and don't want their business that tells you a lot about the kind of people that work there and the dealership itself so therefore maybe the sales people and management need more training on how to work with the public and try to keep their customers. Would not recommend this dealership to friends or family, there are plenty of other dealerships that are willing to work with you and have your business. More

I buy them new and trade in every couple of years, largely because of their reputation for low maintenance. This was my first service experience at All American — and with only 33,000 miles on the vehicle, I was shocked to be quoted over $1,000 in recommended service. To add insult to injury, they charge an additional 3% if you pay by credit card. Honestly, it felt like I should have been handed a T-shirt that said “sucker” for agreeing to their recommendations. This kind of upselling seems more about funding the owner’s lifestyle than genuinely supporting customers. It left me seriously questioning how anyone could trust this dealership — not just for service, but for purchasing a vehicle as well. More

Needed service of an axle - not only did they get me in right away they offered a ride to work. Then they finished my vehicle and returned it to me - fast - efficient service that was fairly priced.
