I purchased a 2011 Ford Expedition in Jan 2011. I went into the dealer ready to buy...Long story short, I was there for 8 hours while they told me they were picking up the truck and "their" other dealersh into the dealer ready to buy...Long story short, I was there for 8 hours while they told me they were picking up the truck and "their" other dealership..The truth being, they went to NY, where I live and got the truck from Schultz Ford in Nanuet...Then, I paid for a dvd to be installed. When I went to pick up the truck, it was not the correct DVD we spoke about, and also it was scratched up and all the garabe from the installation was all over my back seat... To make things worse...MARTIN, told me to come back at 10,000 miles and because of all the stress of buying this truck, he would trown in a 10,000 mile check-up, a tire roation and alignment, and oil change for free. Well its that time and Martin claims he doesnt remember saying this or telling me that he would put it on my records so it would be there when I bring my truck in.. All and all I would never recomend this dealer. I should have just went in NY and stayed away from them..All they have done is lie and to make me sit there for 8 hours while they lie to me about where they were getting the car from...Also before I forget...When I brought the truck for the dvd, it had an extra 40miles on it, which they claim" no-one drove the truck" it was brand new and I knew how many miles where on it, even the service dept had a different milege written down, but they just dismissed it to me making a mistake... Go somewhere else. These people, especially Martin, are not honest people... More

The sale experience was average to below average. Be careful! Sales reps are deceptive at the close of the sale. Know the numbers before speaking with the finance individual. I bought a 2011 Mustang and they can't fix even simple problems and I only have 5000 miles. They are rude...they dont call you back and really do't care about customer service. My car is in their pathetic shop for the third time in the past month...STAY AWAY! More

Went in to buy/lease new suv - drove home crying because I felt as a woman, I was degraded. I told them I had a budget - nothing more - they tried pushing me into a deal $225 OVER my budget. The sales rep was ok at the beginning, but the main attitude came from one of the managers. Told me I would never sit behind the wheel of a suv at their dealership and even as far as a trade in of my vehicle, they actually never gave me a definite price but said - what are we going to do with your car because it was a manual transmission? They would be stuck with it because it wouldn't sell. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
