They were advertising $3000.00 over fair market value for a trade in and that is exactly what i got...considering i owed more than what the car was worth ..they paid it off and got me into a New 2016 Lease...fully loaded...quickly, nicely and I didnt have to have lunch and dinner at the dealership..I was out in 3.5 hours..made my day and it all started with a nice young lady named Samantha who graciously answered my internet inquiry... My salesperson Keith was an agreeable , knowledgeable guy and and I never felt any pressure. Thank s to everyone there...I love my new CAR..... More

How can you send out flyers for 3000 over market value then when the customer comes in without looking at the car ,state that there was no deal, Even though it's close I will be shopping somewhere else. They were giving me the wrong information about things that i verified with the Ford corporate office. I am still dealing with the dealership to get my plates and it has been over a month. They messed up with the taxes and registation of my vechicle too. I mean they do this for a living right? how can you keep messing things up. When i was there they kept my ID by accident and i couldnt get it back for nearly 2 days. I just feel they have never heard of customer service. More

This is hands down the worst buying experience I have ever had. A sheer nightmare. They never even returned my deposit like they said they would. This place is not only shady, but thieves. Stay away from this dealership, especially this salesperson. They also ran my credit 6 times even though I wasn't financing the vehicle! Why he did that is beyond me. So now I'm out a couple hundred dollars. Save yourself the trip and headache. Stay away, far away. Don't believe their old school sales tactics. More
