Purchasing a new vehicle can be very stressful and frustrating.. I chose to go to All American Ford in Hackensack because a very good friend of my fiancé told me to go there. When I walked into the sh frustrating.. I chose to go to All American Ford in Hackensack because a very good friend of my fiancé told me to go there. When I walked into the show room I was greeted instantly by sales man Rudolph Porter aka Rudy. I told him I was there to see Joe Fisher sales manager to purchase a vehicle. He went directly to him and informed Joe that I was there with my fiancé. Rudy came back and asked if there was anything he could do to help while I waited for Joe which wasn't a long wait. To make a long story short Rudy was a great help and Joe Fisher was there throughout the whole process. Even the finance manager Chris Ortiz was a pleasure to do business with. They made a 5 hour stay funny comfortable and most of understanding & polite. At the end of it all, it was worth the 5 hours because I walked out with the SUV I wanted for a great price. I don't usually write reviews but I really had a great experience at All American Ford. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. But don't take my word for it go check it out yourself.
