7 days ago I set out on my quest to find a used 2011 Ford Flex in my price range. Tonight, I drove away in a brand New 2012 Ford Flex. And, I cannot say enough good things about my Salesman Ryal. I've neve Flex in my price range. Tonight, I drove away in a brand New 2012 Ford Flex. And, I cannot say enough good things about my Salesman Ryal. I've never met a car salesman that I liked.... but Ryal's friendly demeanor, caring attitude, his people skills and smile has made me his customer for life. He listened to what I wanted, found me some options, and we talked, and then he asked if I would consider a brand new Flex. Of course he did! But once he and I looked at the #'s, it was a no brainer that the new Flex was the way to go. There really wasn't must of a price difference and I would get a really good waranty with the new Flex, and alot of extras included that you would not get with a used vehicle. Now he just had to find me one. I was very specific in what I didn't want. I didn't want the one sitting there, so off Ryal went with my information and he began his search, and I went home confident that he would find me a Flex in a color I would approve of. The next day he had a Flex for me to look at. We test drove it and absolutely loved it. We plunked down the deposit and he wrote SOLD on the windshield. I am over the moon extactic about my purchase. Ryal made sure I was comfortable in what we discussed and made sure it was the right decision. All American Ford is the nicest dealership I have been too in a very long time. A very busy one too. I was met by someone immediately upon parking my old Windstar van, by a very nice gentlemen who asked if he could help me. I said I want a Flex. He told me that they had a Flex I could look at inside on the floor. Once inside I was greeted by Ryal. Buying a car can be quite unnerving but I never felt that way this time. I am very pleased that they explained things to me clearly, were never pushy, really worked with me, were compassionate and understood what I could afford, and I can honestly say I am a Happy Ford Flex owner tonight. I thought it would take months to get one. It's actually in my driveway now! I still can't believe it. I love my new Ford Flex and highly recommend Ryal Rodriguez and All American Ford to everyone. Great customer service all around! More
