This was the first time I have purchased a car, and the guys at All American Ford made it a great experience! Their internet sales consultant first contacted me a few days prior to me coming into the deal guys at All American Ford made it a great experience! Their internet sales consultant first contacted me a few days prior to me coming into the dealership to help me locate exactly the model/color I wanted. She invited me in for a test drive, where I met Tom Ferraro, who was very friendly and informative as I took the Mustang out for a spin. He drove me to a partner dealership where they had the exact car that I wanted and let me drive it back. :) After a little back and forth, I think I got a good deal. Tom, Steve V., and Chris Ortiz were willing to work with me to stay within my price range. They even stayed past the business closing time, so I could sign the papers and drive my Mustang home that night! Tom was even nice enough to program the Sync options in my car! I'll definitely come back here in a few years when I decide to upgrade my V6 to a GT! More

I originally went to the dealership for information on buying a new car, the salesman was nice and gave me some options based on my preferences and price range. I went to All American Ford not expecting to come out with an American Car or even a new one at that but I did, a brand new Ford Focus. Tom was very friendly and helped figure out the insurance and help with an American Car or even a new one at that but I did, a brand new Ford Focus.
