I first went to All American on June 23rd. They didn't have the mustang i wanted so they put in a build order on June 26 and told me it would be ready in 8 to 10 weeks. My salesman was Brian Eschrich and he was top notch. We reviewed my build sheet thoroughly. He called to let me know that a VIN # had been assigned to my car. To my surprise, my car was ready on August 2nd. 6 weeks later and I had my 2013 Stang. He went through all the details including Navigation, Sync, Remote Start and other vehicle functions. He even offered a 2nd Sync tutorial if i needed. Dealt with Chris Haslam for financing. Once again, a top notch guy. Explained all warranties available in detail and additional terms like months and apr %. Overall a great buying experience. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for friendly and professional customer service when purchasing a vehicle. More

Joe Fisher and Jim Payne were great. They searched and found the car that my son wanted (there were only found 2 in the Northeast) and got it to their dealership within 1 day. It was a difficult deal due to my credit, my trade in value and what I wanted to put down, but they got it done for the terms I wanted and the monthly price I was looking for.
