He connected with me on a personal level, which i feel good about since most dealerships, dont treat you that way. Richard in Sales is a nice person, right from the time i walked to his desk, through the test drive, paperwork and delivery, he was extremely helpful. Gabe from Finance is another great guy who made the documentation process smooth even though there were some hiccups. Overall a wonderful experience and i would recommend this dealership to everyone. I needed some recall work done on my Mustang. I set up an appointment and when I arrived I was immediately greeted by Liz. I then spoke with Ed for a while about my car, the dealership, and some of the very cool vehicles for sale at All American Ford. I was kept updated on the progress of the work through the messaging system, as well as by Tatiana in person. Before I knew it, the work was done, my car was parked outside, and I was ready to go.
