Service For my Ford Explorer Drove in with out an appointment, for my usual oil change and a wiper blade change, I also had an issue with the back seat not connecting to the base. I showed Amparo Klawans, a Service Advisor and she said I will look at it when I check your mileage. She ask me to come and show her, she sowed me and explained that you need to pull the Strap Hard, as sometimes these stick. Wow she fixed it and now I feel safe with my daughter strapped in the car seat, over this seat. She is an Excellent Service Advisor, very helpful and the time on my service was very quick. More

He got us a great price for our trade-in - and helped us get a REALLY GREAT price for our new Explorer as well. We went in to today ready to do battle, but quite frankly, outside of the long day that is almost always associated with car buying (it was Black Friday after all and the dealership was hoppin'), it was very pleasant. not your typical dealership experience I am a very difficult customer when it comes to buying cars. I am in the service business and value other good companies which provide good service. I am a very difficult customer when it comes to buying cars. I am in the service business and value other good companies which provide good service. I walked into the dealership expecting to do battle, but then I met Rudy. Rudy was the first salesperson I worked with who was truly an advocate for me to help me get the best price through the most efficient process. He was very organized and all my calls were answered about 75% of the time, and if he was busy with another customer, all voicemails were returned within 30 minutes (I was expecting to have to call and call). He took care of everything for me, from the plates to the insurance. He also offered two sessions on how to use the Sync system, pair my phone and a general end user training session on the system. It was a totally different experience than I had prior, this was my third Ford vehicle in a row and I left the dealership angry after the last one (I came back because it is a great dealership the salesperson I worked with last time isn't there anymore) and this time I left feeling I got a great car at a good price and was treated very fairly. I get that the dealership needs to make money, but I felt that my overall experience was more important to Rudy than the profit they were going to make off of my transaction. More
Quick Lane - Ken and Shea were great!!! Stopped in at 4:30 on a Friday and they got me right in.
