Your Old Fashioned Service with a Smile Even though I dread taking my vehicle in for service, from my very first point of contact with this dealership I was impressed. I was given all of the information I requested in the first phone call without any reservations. Once in the shop, working with Kenneth was a pleasure as he made me feel at ease and confident in the services being performed on my car. He even went as far to help me get the best deal/discount on the service. I will definitely continue to take my car here for service. More

Excellence Eddie was a very professional and caring car dealer. As a woman coming into a dealership alone can be intimidating. You go in with the Idea that you Eddie was a very professional and caring car dealer. As a woman coming into a dealership alone can be intimidating. You go in with the Idea that you are going to be "ripped off". I left there feeling empowered and like I was reated fairly. With the economy in the condidtion that it is i am proud to be the owner of an American made car. Eddie was very down to earth and the entire experience was honest. Awesome Experience!!!! I can say and it usually never happens this way I had a quick , easy and awesome experience at All American Ford. From the moment I met Brian my Sales rep to my finance guy Alex it went nice and smooth. I had less then perfect credit and they still treated me like a millionaire. They kept me in the loop throughout the process from start to finish. Outstanding salesman Rudy was kind, considerate and not pushy from the get go. We were deciding on a car for our daughter who had had three Ford Edges before and wanted a Rudy was kind, considerate and not pushy from the get go. We were deciding on a car for our daughter who had had three Ford Edges before and wanted a change. We had looked at the Jeep Cherokee as an alternative as well and they were considerate and competitive on pricing on the Explorer and we were able to afford. She ultimately decided on the Explorer and happy she did, not to say the other dealer wasn't wonderful as well but that was her choice. I would highly recommend this dealership and Rudy as your sales guy but all the other sales individuals were very friendly and kind as well. Also met the owner John and he was there with any issues it we had any but did not. PS - I would recommend the Ford Edge highly as we have had three and they were all super little SUV's. Rudy, thanks for all you did! More
