Visited this dealership AFTER visiting a dealership I was incredibly unhappy with. I called ahead to make sure the vehicle I was interested in was available, and it was. Walked into the dealership, and was impressed at how clean and organized the place looked. Was introduced to Brian, who gladly took me on a test drive. I loved the car, and decided it was the right one for me. After some negotiations, we got down to a price I was happy with and I signed the paperwork. Under a week later, I took delivery of the car and I could not be happier. No pressure anywhere in the buying process, and they agreed to swap out a piece of trim that was damaged on the car with no issues. I was given an IOU for the part, and it will be replaced when it comes in. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealership & Brian E to family and friends. THANK YOU ALL AMERICAN FORD!! More

I stumbled across Hackensack All American Ford through the internet hoping to leave with the car I have been wanting for quite sometime, the 2014 Taurus Ford. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted within the internet hoping to leave with the car I have been wanting for quite sometime, the 2014 Taurus Ford. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted within seconds by Chris A, a sales consultant. He was very friendly and welcoming, as well as understanding. He never pressured me into any decisions or into any corner so-to-speak. He gave me all the time in the world to really think about the offer that was placed since this was my first bought car. It took me 2 days exactly to take the offer. Conversation is very nature with Chris, and he's very personable. I would definitely highly recommend Chris A. My wife and I hadn't purchased a car since 2006. We didn't have a great experience then, and we were skeptical as we went into the dealership with a fair amount of trepidation. But the staff was super friendly and put us at ease from the moment we walked in. There was never a time when we felt pressured by a "hard sell". Billy sat down with us and slowly explained all of our options, broke down the payment options that were available to us and helped us to make safe, sound decision. We must have sat there for a couple hours, just getting all the details straight... But Billy was so patient in sharing what we needed to know until we got it! After test driving the first vehicle, we decided that we needed something different and without any hesitation, we ran the new numbers and started the process of getting into our Perfect Car! Joe and Billy went out of their way to make everything work out for us, and now our family is much safer in a brand new Ford EDGE. All American Ford made Believers out of my wife and I. The other great fact that did it for us, was the service that was available to us as customers. I'm almost looking forward to returning just for an oil change, as they really roll out the carpet!
