I was looking to purchase a new Platinum F350 pick up truck and was told about All American Ford from Costco. The price on a new truck was a great deal over the phone. I sat down with the salesman, Steve Martino, who I found to be truthful and straight forward. While dealing with Steve M. the other staff evaluated my trade. The initial offer on my trade was fair and Steve Plunket was determined to make a deal and enhanced the offer on my trade. The total deal was so good I signed right than. Even though the truck they wanted to sell me was not available, Steve M. worked very hard and located me another truck with all the options I wanted and KEPT the same great deal. I can't say enough good about what a pleasurable experience I had and special thanks to Steve Plunket. I went to All American Ford (11/5/2013) because I was in a car accident & my car was totaled on Nov 3, 20113. I was forced to go car shopping. Yucky!
