I was looking to purchase a new Platinum F350 pick up truck and was told about All American Ford from Costco. The price on a new truck was a great deal over the phone. I drove out to the dealership and met the internet sales manager and Steve Plunket. Both were very friendly and determined to see that my buying experience was pleasant and hassle free. I sat down with the salesman, Steve Martino, who I found to be truthful and straight forward. While dealing with Steve M. the other staff evaluated my trade. The initial offer on my trade was fair and Steve Plunket was determined to make a deal and enhanced the offer on my trade. The total deal was so good I signed right than. Even though the truck they wanted to sell me was not available, Steve M. worked very hard and located me another truck with all the options I wanted and KEPT the same great deal. I can't say enough good about what a pleasurable experience I had and special thanks to Steve Plunket. Most of all it is important that I mention something I saw at this dealership, While there, I saw how this dealership was committed to helping Military Service men and women. I went to All American Ford (11/5/2013) because I was in a car accident & my car was totaled on Nov 3, 20113. I was forced to go car shopping. Yucky! I had called all over the tristate area looking for the specific model/options of vehicle we wanted, and All American Ford in Hackensack wound up having the best selection. When I came in, Brian Estrich he specific model/options of vehicle we wanted, and All American Ford in Hackensack wound up having the best selection. When I came in, Brian Estrich helped us talk through exactly what we wanted and why we wanted it, then drove us out to a separate lot when the specific configuration wasn't at the main address. At their overflow lot they had a car with a few extras and after seeing the car in person we decided that wasn't quite the color combination we wanted. Rather than trying to talk us into something we weren't satisfied with, Brian did some more searching and actually wound up driving down to a different site to pick up the exact car we wanted. He was incredibly nice and didn't even comment on how we kept him almost an hour past closing wrapping everything up. He was very patient talking through the numbers and we wound up getting a better financing rate than our local credit union offered, on top of the regular rebates on the car. On the second visit we did all of the paperwork (the business manager Alex was great too) and drove home in a brand new Ford Escape at an excellent price both my wife and I were happy with. We had a great experience, all the fun of buying a fancy new car with no headaches worrying about the deal we got.
