Adam, it's disappointing to see a 1-star review just based on a trade value of your vehicle with 200,000+ miles and two accidents on the CarFax. We understand to get a fair trade value, our Used Car Manager had to drive it and it did not end up in the exact same space, since it was taken. But it was explained that we'd have to drive it to give an accurate value. We wish you the best of luck in getting the most for your vehicle as you can!

Wow so you can’t even give decency to return where it was left or tell someone. Just because you had to drive it doesn’t mean you can leave it anywhere and not tell the owner. 1 star for service and respect to people.
