She was fully prepared for my visit when I arrived at the dealership. There was no pressure to buy or change in the quoted price of the car. Gave me information about the car and went with me for a test drive. She was very helpful filling out paperwork and had a pleasant personality. She introduced me to other staff members and made sure I was able to pick up the car when I needed it. She also took the time to explain features in the car plus programmed my cell phone to the blue tooth system onboard. After taking possession of my car, Nicole has checked to make sure I remain satisfied with it and offered to be available if I have any future questions. Excellent Experience! We decided to upgrade one of our old junkers to something all-wheel-drive, which would be driven by an older gentleman (my father). Since All American Subaru / Ford was very local to us, we both decided to drop in and were warmly greeted by Mr. Phillip Braun. After explaining the features and budget we had in mind, Mr. Braun pointed us toward the car that we would eventually purchase. Mr. Braun went over every detail/features/safety info of the car patiently and we were able to agree on a fantastic price. The color of our choice was not in stock, so Mr. Braun went out of the way to pick up the car from Connecticut and it was in our hands in less than a week. Mr. Braun has excellent customer service skills and was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the car. We definitely would recommend speaking to Mr. Braun if you happen to pay a visit.
