Wanted car in the $10,000 to $15,000 price range with preferably lower mileage , good safety rating and not older than 2015 model . Steve Burkhart showed us several cars on their lot , all of which appeared to be well maintained and serviced . Steve provided extensive owner and service history on each car , including current market price ranges . Comparing AllStar Auto’s inventories , prices and car history info with other “Big Name “ dealers , I give All Star the top spot for cars in our set price range . Having narrowed our search to Toyota Camary or Mazda 6 , I received a late evening text from Steve indicating that they had just received a one owner 2016 Mazda 6 with relatively low mileage- - we test drove the car the following morning and were impressed with its loaded options , excellent condition , 30K mileage , good service records and some remaining manufacturers warranty . Although the price was slightly above our original limit , Steve and the management worked with us to complete a great deal with no closing hassles . Based on our positive experience at All Star , another family member is also considering their cars . Anyone in the market for a clean , reliable used car should definitely check out All STAR Auto ! Customer service is excellent I was in the market to buy a newer used car, and I stopped by All Star Auto to check out a couple of cars I had found online. Johnny was my initial co I was in the market to buy a newer used car, and I stopped by All Star Auto to check out a couple of cars I had found online. Johnny was my initial contact, and I could tell from my first visit that he would give it to me straight, no xx, and he wasn't pushy in the slightest. Very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, and I ended up going to look on three different occasions, eventually settling on one that I liked. The buying process was very quick and painless, I believe I was in and out of the office in half an hour total (from the price agreement to the document signing). And their dealership administration fee is substantially lower than some of the other dealerships I checked out. Also, they offered to fix my loose driver's side handle for free a week after I had already purchased the car. Overall, their customer service is great (Johnny especially) and I had a great buying experience. I will definitely go back in the future when I'm in the market again. More

Welp that was 2.5 months ago, havent heard from him. I've called several times, the guy who I always talked to(not the owner, never could talk to him for some reason) just made up a bunch of excuses and was a real jerk. Purchasing a car I never thought i would put as much faith into a car salesman as I did with Sammi. I am from out of state and saw a posting with the exact car I was l I never thought i would put as much faith into a car salesman as I did with Sammi. I am from out of state and saw a posting with the exact car I was looking for. After talking with Sammi I bought a one way plane ticket and left the next day. I was hoping that this car was in as good of shape as it was described to me (I obviously needed a way home). Since this all happened so fast and all the timing worked out for me, the only day I could be there was a Sunday when the store was closed. Sammi was gracious enough to open the shop and let me come see the car on his day off. The car turned out to be exactly what I wanted, as described, and I made it home 12 hours later. With this specific transaction there circumstances that made the title unavailable with the sale. The car was just purchased from an auction and listed shortly after, so before I could get the title, All-Star had to get the title from the auction house. Sammi assured me that by having the bill of sale from All-Star to me that there would be no problem getting the title from them. With all the scams that are going on in today's society, I knew I was taking a risk. Sammi did his due diligence and kept me informed of any communications with getting the title from the auction house. Two weeks later I was over-nighted the Title for my car. Thank you Sammi and All-Star for being honest and going above and beyond for all of your customers. I would definitely buy a car from them again. More

Terrible experience, don't believe the paid-for higher ratin Buyers beware! Do not do business with All Star Auto, unless you want an unsafe vehicle that will not last three months with the company refusing to Buyers beware! Do not do business with All Star Auto, unless you want an unsafe vehicle that will not last three months with the company refusing to pay for necessary repairs (and I mean necessary, not comfort or luxury...I mean having a running vehicle)! I'd give less than one star if I could!! I purchased a van here just over two months ago and I've already had to put my own money into a new battery, it's been in the shop to fix a broken fan in the a/c (which All Star did pay for half of, but the a'c still doesn't always run properly), and now it's back in the shop needing a new radiator, which they refuse to help pay for. If I spend nearly $10000 on a vehicle, I expect it to be in safe, working order for more than 10 weeks! I specifically bought this mini van while I was seven months pregnant so that I would have a safe way to bring my baby home from the hospital. Here it is two months later, I'm due in less than a week, and my van is back in the shop and I'm out another $500! Hopefully baby doesn't decide to come today when I don't have a way to bring her home. Not to mention my three other children that travel back and forth to Lee's Summit several times a week. What if the van had overheated and died in the middle of I-435 with three children and a nine month pregnant mom!?!?! And I haven't bothered them about the little things that are wrong with the van (that they even specifically lied about), because I'm reasonable and understand that a 9 year old, used vehicle will have problems and I understand that the dealership isn't responsible for everything that goes wrong. (Broken seats, entertainment system that doesn't work, windshield washer hose/connector broken, etc.). However, I do expect the dealership to help out when it comes to an essential part that the vehicle cannot run without! I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing they put families in danger. I know there are good reviews on here, but please seriously re-consider. It's not worth it. I'm devastated and left wondering how I'm going to pay my bills. More

The paper works and documents aren't any complicated and I drove home in my new car in about 1 hour. Please note that they doesn't allow you to haggle much, but still they took a couple of 100 dollars off my car. Over all, I am a satisfied customer and I recommend them to my friends. Cheers Hari More
