I purchased a new GMC Sierra Crew Cab Truck from AllStar it has 3221 miles on it and it has been at the dealership twice. In each instance the engine warning light came on and I received a alert that I needed the return to the vehicle for service of the engine or transmission.
Based on my experience from the point of purchase to the point of sales my review is as follows.
New Car Sales Department 3 Stars
More emphasis needs to be placed on follow up. If you tell the customer that you will check on a inquiry and that you will call them back, follow up and call them back. On Two different times I inquired about a accessory and was told both times that they would check on fitment and availability and would call me back...... No call back both times. Once you sell a vehicle to a customer remember that they should be considered just as important after the sale.
Based on my sales experience I would not consider a future vehicle purchase from this dealership and I would not recommend the dealership that anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle.
Based on my visit and customer experience I would recommend the service department for service / repairs.
