Worst car buying experience ever The sales lady was kind and helpful as was everyone, but they're trying to sell vehicles and make money. We left with a vehicle after trading in a le The sales lady was kind and helpful as was everyone, but they're trying to sell vehicles and make money. We left with a vehicle after trading in a lease. Two weeks later we still had not gotten anything from the lender only to find out it had not been financed yet. We called the finance department to be told they had made a mistake because of the lease. We went back and took care of this and told them we had to get our own inspection sticker because they didn't put one on before we left. We were told that we would get a check in the mail. Here it is over a month later and neither have been taken care of. I hope we get our plates and registration soon and if so, we got us a free vehicle. Never have we had such a horrible experience buying a new vehicle. They just don't seem to care much. More
