Both Tom and Eric were great to work with when it came working out a deal that we could both agree on. The initial price was very competitive but they were willing to take an extra step to complete the de working out a deal that we could both agree on. I went there knowing that I could get an interest rate through a certain lender which was 60 months at 2.23% and they were able to get me a 60 month 1.74% which was pretty impressive. My review is only for the service department. I took my Honda Civic in today to have an idling problem assessed. This was now the third mechanic I've been too. When I was visiting Abilene over the summer I Honda Civic in today to have an idling problem assessed. This was now the third mechanic I've been too. When I was visiting Abilene over the summer I took it to one mechanic who after 8 hours found nothing wrong. The others said it was fine and one (who was doing an oil change) said it might be an engine mount. As I'm visiting my aunt for the holidays I decided to take it to the Honda service department here. Upon arriving (no appointment) Oscar promptly greeted me and asked what I was bringing her (car) in for. I told him and told him my guess of the engine mount. He started it up and said, "Oh yah. I can tell and hear it." (such a great thing to finally hear!). He said they'd get it in to check it all over for sure but that seemed most likely. Within the hour he called and said it was the engine mount and it was covered under warranty! (Yay!) He recommended a couple routine maintenance items (transmission flush and power steering flush which I know need done but I'm waiting until tax refund time). I got my car back an hour later and it's running amazing!!! Such a wonderful experience. No one likes having to go in for a car problem. I don't know where the stigmata of dealers being bad for maintenance came from but after my experiences there and not, the dealer is the way to go. They know the brand and know when things sound/feel off. Do yourself a favor and take your Honda here! More

I purchased my first car from here and was super excited to finally get it! When I received my car I thought I was getting a good deal until I got home and found out that they overcharged me by about $2,500 to finally get it! I found multiple cars online, the same as mine, for MUCHMUCH cheaper! The air conditioner also didnt work so I ended up spending $1,500 trying to fix it. I would never recommend this dealership. Go anywhere else if you want honesty and a good deal. I just find myself wishing I never bought that car. More
