On the evening of January 27, I sent an email to Honda of Abilene to see whay they could accompanish for me with their "Swap your Ride" advertising. Tom (Mr. O'Donnel) called me in very short time and very Abilene to see whay they could accompanish for me with their "Swap your Ride" advertising. Tom (Mr. O'Donnel) called me in very short time and very professionally convenced me to drive to Abilene to see what kind of deal we could make. On arrival we were immediately greeted by Tom, who asked us a few general questions making sure of what we were looking for and that we had a trade-in. We selected the Honda CRV, Tom walked us all around the car explaning the options and the benefits of those options along with safety issues and an explanation of the Window Sticker. Tom took us on a short drive explaining the important details of the car. We then stopped and since my wife would be the principle driver, she now drove the car....I notice Tom said very little during this time so that we could experience the car and note questions we might have. Most important is that on our arrival Tom asked "If we can make a deal today, Is this the car you would want and will enjoy for years to come. My wife and I both said yes. From that point again every thing was handled very friendly and professionally. Tom took his time to explain every thing he was doing (computer entrys and paper work need by the office) in his part as a saleman so that we were not sitting there with a lost or bored look on our face. After deciding on a selling price and trade in price, we were taken to Samantha (again we are treated like we are the most important people in the dealership at that time) who assisted us in fiancing the car and completing all the paper work. The car was gased up, cleanup and ready...then Tom went over the car in deal making sure we new the important setting and operation of the car. Tom O'Donnell is one of the best salesmen I have ever met, very professional, very helpful, I did not come to buy a car that day...But Tom was so helpful and worked so hard to get the deal done....To Honda of Abilene..Tom O'Donnell is a keeper. And my wife loves the car!!! That is very important factor to me...Thank you Tom and Honda of Abilene. More
Today I went in just for a simple oil change. Oscar told me that whoever had done my last oil change had replaced the drain plug with the wrong part. They fixed and replaced my drain plug, changed my oil, and were extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them! More
My wife was recently traveling from Midland to Plano when a warning light began flashing. She pulled over and called me. I asked her to get back to the Honda dealership in Abilene. I called the service dept and spoke with Phil McArthur. I explained the situation and asked him to be looking out for her. When my wife arrived Phil was there to greet her and was reassuring, putting her concerns at ease and that they would see what was going on with her Accord. Everyone in the service department was extremely accommodating as they not only addressed the warning light issue, but a couple of other request that we had, and this all being a pop-in unscheduled service appointment. I was greatly relieved knowing that Phil was taking such good care of my wife and fixing the problem with the car. Phil was super friendly and professional. He called my wife the next day to check and make sure she had made it home okay. Customer service like this is a rarity these days. We are both thankful for Phil and feel like we have a good friend in Abilene if we ever have something like this happen again. More
I've always had a good experience with Honda of Abilene (this is my third Civic). On this occasion, I hadn't yet received the money from the insurance company that would allow me to put down $5,000 on ano (this is my third Civic). On this occasion, I hadn't yet received the money from the insurance company that would allow me to put down $5,000 on another car and so I just took $2,500 out of savings. In spite of the lower downpayment, Samantha worked with me and was able to sell me a new car at a monthly payment I could afford, for which I am very grateful. I've never actually been financed by Honda before and thought it might be because I still had the unpaid loan to Wells Fargo on my credit report for another week or so and it was hard to find a bank who would finance the second loan. At any rate, I appreciate her being able to work it out so I could go ahead and buy another car and not have to be without a car until all the mess with the insurance company and Wells Fargo was sorted out. I also spoke to a manager or assistant manager just before leaving the lot who was very nice, but I'm afraid I don't remember his name. I certainly plan to continue to go to Honda of Abilene when needing a new car, although I hope it will be some years yet before I need another one. More
My experience with this dealer has been a positive one in every way. Both of the sales people who helped me were very knowledgeable of the products that were offered. It started with a knowledgeable salesperson who knew a great deal of detail about the operation and features of the Rangeline I purchased. We have purchased our last three new Honda vehicles from this dealership. A 2006 Civic, a 2009 CRV and now the 2012 Ridgeline. We have never been anything other than extremely happy with sales and service. More

I came into Honda of Abilene looking to upgrade my 08 Chevy Cobalt, but not expecting too much because of what I still had left to pay on it. I worked with Samantha, who was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable. She helped me to understand a lot of things I didn't have explained to me at the last dealership I'd gone to. There was a time or two I wasn't sure I'd even get approved for any kind of financing, but she never let me feel like I was wasting her time. She also helped me to pick out which car I liked - I told her what I wanted, what I didn't want, and she lead me to exactly what I wanted. Most importantly, I didn't feel like I was talking to a Sales Consultant, but a real person. Everyone at the dealership that I interacted with was very friendly. Everyone had a smile on their face, and I definitely got the feeling that everyone cared about what they were doing. The prices were about what you'd expect for the cars they had. If you were to look up the prices on Blue Book, you'd find they were right about on the money. I felt really good about what I paid. Overall, I left feeling very happy. They helped me to get what I wanted for what I wanted to pay. I didn't feel pressured at all, and was given many options, each spelled out for me, very clearly. I'd recommend this place to anyone, any time. More

My husband went in for an oil change and decided to look at the CRV'S and Pilots's with no intention on buying. He had a few questions on the newer Pilot. Laura Heggedahl introduced herself and answered his questions sufficiencly enough for him to call and invite me to see the new pilot. Our problem was we had less than 20,000 miles on our present Pilot. The more we viewed the new Pilot and Laura's knowedgeable points of interest on the newer Pilot, we overcame my doubt.
