All Star Honda Abilene

I live two hours away and was in town for the day. I called to see if they could squeeze me in for an issue I was having with my Honda and it turns out it was more than one issue. He called me within a couple of hours to let me know it was ready and when I arrived, he proceded to tell me what they had fixed. There were a few recalls on my Honda that I was unaware of and they took care of it that same day. After today, I will never take my honda to any other dealers to have any service done. This was by far the best I have ever been treated by any dealership! More

When I am in the service area on any of my visits(my car has over 90,000 miles with only routine service & oil changes so they are doing a great job!) I am consistantly treated with the same courtesy by everyone in the service area. I have been helped by Mr. John Harvey many times. When I do buy a car I always take the service department in consideration. The salesman you see once when you purchase the vehicle but the service people you see with your car many times a year. Honda of Abilene has a very nice waiting area or they can take me somewhere and come back and get me if I need them to. Dropped off my car to have an oil change, seatbelt recall inspection. Philip was there as soon as I pulled in, asked me several questions about what I needed,and asked me if I wanted my tires rotated, advis inspection. He took my phone number and said they would call me when my car was ready. He was very polite and helpful. They called when my car was ready, and I didn't ever have to wait for anything. Living in Ballinger, the San Angelo dealership is much closer but the additional miles to Honda of Abilene is well worth the trip.
