My car did not move out of the intake bay until around 11:30. I was told around 12:30 that my car was done. Why did I make an appointment if it will take that long to even get my car in to start working on it? My plans that I had for that day was shot. Arthur was nice enough to keep me informed as to how much longer it would take. I thought the price was high for the in cabin filter and for patching the tire. More

Lifetime oil change I made an appointment over the phone 6 days before coming. When we arrived (15 minutes early) the waiting area was packed. The service advisor couldn’t find my appointment. I wasn’t given an expected wait time. We were waiting for an hour and a half. I know the lifetime oil changes are probably not top priority but it was a selling point for me when I bought my C-RV. If there is a better way for me to make an appointment other than calling the service department, I would appreciate knowing what that is. More

I made an 8am appointment, drove an 1 1/2 hours to take the car back for the repairs and floor mats, and waited for 2 hours before anything happened. When we got the car back a few days later, they did not put the floor mats in, did not clean the interior, and did not repair all the paint chips we had agreed to before I signed. One paint chip on the handle was repaired with the wrong color. We have called multiple times and spoken with Taisha and Jacob and we have been promised things will be made right and they will be in touch. Over a week later we have yet to hear anything. More
