Appointments mean nothing I had an appointment for 11 am. I arrived on time and checked in. I was told by the gentleman at the desk that there were only two mechanics in the sh I had an appointment for 11 am. I arrived on time and checked in. I was told by the gentleman at the desk that there were only two mechanics in the shop and they're pretty backed up right now. I had to be home so my wife could go to the doctor at 2:30 and he said it was possible that one of them could get to it by then so I decided to wait. Just before 1 pm they moved my car from the service entrance, but I didn't see it in the shop so I walked outside and they had simply parked it outside on the side of the building. A few minutes later the same guy from when I checked in came and told me there's no way the two guys are going to get to me. He explained that some days are really easy with getting people in and out and others are not as smooth. I asked what the point of appointments was if 2 hours after mine my car still hasn't been looked at? He said they're working on this problem with appointments. The staff was perfectly pleasant and respectful, but that doesn't change the fact that I wasted 2 hours of my work day for nothing. Not the first time this has happened to me either with them. The last time I had an appointment and didn't wait with my car, I dropped it off at 8 am and went to work. 8 hours later I call to see if it's ready and I'm told they are bringing it to the back right now to begin the work on it. So apparently appointments don't matter if you don't wait in the building for them to be done. More

They worked with me to get the EXACT car that I wanted and the add ons that I requested without pressure or a “hurry up and get the sale” vibe or trying to sell me a different vehicle other than the one I requested. I appreciated being treated as an individual and not a sale. Time was taken out to show the pros and cons and really explain them to me if I did not understand. I’m really happy with my car and it’s thanks to them that I was able to get the car I wanted! More

(My appointment was at 2 pm and I arrived at 2:06) oh, and I drove in from Brownwood, (a little over an hours drive) I used to be a service advisor, at 3 different dealerships in Midland. Probably 3 years worth of experience. So I know a little about the business. It seemed there was no communication from one service visit to the next. One of the other reviews mentioned several individual employees involved in a single work order. The poor guy that helped me really couldn’t answer any of my questions, he was more like a politician. He wouldn’t answer any of my questions straight out, so I finally quite asking questions. IF YOU ARE REALLY INTERESTED IN YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT, THEY NEED MORE TRAINING, OR MAYBE DIFFERENT TRAINING. I’m not mad, just being constuctive. Oh, the simple seatbelt repair took 3 hours. More
