I have leased a vehicle from Honda two times before this visit at ALL STAR. This time I was not sure which direction to go in as far as my options to release, purchase or trade. I have had a recent change in my life and Chris Williams laid out all of my options clearly. This experience could have been very anxiety provoking, instead Chris made me very comfortable and I was confident that he really cared about me as a customer. I will definitely return to your dealership for service and any other business that I may need in the future. I will also spread the word about my positive experience. From my very first interaction with the dealership via CarGurus, everyone along the way performed up to and beyond my expectations. During my search for a used Prius V I contacted several dealerships inquiring about vehicles availability and questions about details not listed in ad. I never hear back from some dealerships. One dealership sent me multiple cryptic follow-up texts about every hour that eventually felt like hounding. (I blocked them.)
Aerial Thompson at All-Star in internet department was quick to respond to my first inquiry and to confirm availability. She confirmed promptly again when I told her I was on my way to the dealership, to Greenfield from New Glarus, driving about 80 miles. When I arrived at dealership, salesperson Chris Williams knew my name and exactly why I was coming to visit.
After test driving and a little negotiating with the sales manager about detailing and moving my tires/rim from my older vehicle to their used car I was interested in, we shook hands on a deal. I got a fair price for my trade-in (2012 Prius V) that had just over 250,000 miles. I thought the negotiating was handled very professionally and the team was very proactive in explaining trim packages between the two cars.
Chris Williams smoothly completed the transaction. Very friendly, human approach.
Service department did a great job detailing the vehicle I purchased and eliminating a lingering cigarette smell as promised.
Great job by the whole team. Highlight: I liked the fact that the sales manager interacted with me directly instead of the salesperson running back and forth like some dealerships...like sales manager is Wizard of Oz behind the curtain. I liked the very transparent approach and the firm hand shakes that actually meant something.
