"Great service manager"

Timothy Delord is a great representative of the dealership. Everything was explained clearly. I was confident my vehicle received all the service it needed and was trying to be nickeled and dimed trying to run up the bill. It's the only place I will get my car serviced.

"Awesome customer service!"

They were simply fantastic. My valve stems were leaking and ther was a problem with my USB port. I got in and was welcomed immediately. I was constantly updated. Forrest was the main guy who really stood out. He made sure the problem was covered under our warrenty and then got us a vehicle to use while it was being fixed! Was super friendly and helpful with my three kids and actually acted like he cared about his customers. He made the experience that we all hate, enjoyable. Thanks Forrest and all-star Honda for everything! I will definetly be back.

I have been bringing in my 2013 CRV for service since I have owned it. This last time I had Tim as my service advisor. He was great. I trust All Star Honda...they have been doing a great and honest job the past 5 yrs. I like All Star so much I have recently purchased another CRV from them and even though I live in Racine I will continue to use their services for my new CRV!! I also like that there are always coupons to receive my services cheaper.

"Very professional Service"

My Honda CR-V has a recall for my engine eating oil. I brought it in multiple tones for oil consumption and since it qualified I brought it in for fixing. Forest was my rep and he was extremely professional the whole process. I received a free loaner Crv and he updated me with the process and was very helpful the whole time. I was very satisfied with the service and will continue to take my car to All Star for service!

"A helping hand"

Saturday morning before Labor Day I hit a pothole in my Volvo. I took my car to the dealership because I heard this banging around underneath my car by the engine bay. I took it in and I told him I need to get this fixed ASAP because I'm going to for a long drive for the holiday weekend. They told me they wouldn't be able to get to it it before Tuesday so they gave me a loaner. I got a call Tuesday afternoon that my sway bar end links broke, they had them fixed by Wednesday morning and was able to pick up my car and I drove like new. Being so helpful in a time of need I greatly appreciate their time and their convenience.
