"Oil Change - Quick and easy"

The oil change on my CR-V went off without a hitch. There were additional services offered. My decline for these was accepted. I requested a summary of additional services which I received as requested in email and hard copy. I love there is wifi so I could get some work done during my short wait. I also love the oil change package obtained at time 9f car purchase!

Chris Cintron is a helpful service advisor. He got my recall problem fixed in a timely manner. And also got another bizarre problem fixed by replacing a sensor. He’s always helpful with explaining the many car functions . I was given a nice loaner car while I waited and my car was washed too. Good experience.

"Super Convenient"

I received a recall notice in the mail from Honda saying that I needed to have a minor repair done for a software setting. I could have taken it to a local Honda dealership in Kenosha, which is where I live and work. Instead, I reached out to All-Star Honda, where I purchased my vehicle from, and they offered to pick it up and leave me a brand new CRV loaner. They returned my car within hours and stayed in communication with me the whole time. That was superb customer service and made the whole ordeal completely hassle free.

"NO INTERNET AGAIN FIX IT"

Why is it that I can go to any dealer but yours dealership have problems with internet service. I've been coming to your dealership for over 6 years, and have the same problem. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours, and had nothing but problems. I spoke to more than four people about this all said they couldn't help. I am considering next time going to the Honda dealer in Waukesha. Have someone that is a professional to fix your problem. Every time I leave I found your tech turns my lights from auto to off. Rather dangerous when your driving when it is dark and you can't see your light switches to turn them back on.

"Tim Delord is a wonderful asst service manager"

I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV at All Star and it vibrated, I took it to Tim and he first fixed the vibration while at a stop light in Idle. I got it back and noticed a vibration on low speed and accelerating, took it back again, I was ready to give it back, but Tim Delord fixed it and now I am so happy with it. Hopefully I will have no more problems with this car. I was not real happy with the salesman I had because this thing with the 2015 Honda CRV's should be fixed before they try and sell it. He was very nice and tried to help, but I really think that the salesmen should know their inventory better.

I’m Had a great purchasing experience when gettin gym 2018 accord sport. Took it back a few weeks later due to some rattling noises and was able to get a loaner vehicle at no charge while the assessed the issue. Very friendly group of individuals.
