This was the MOST INSULTING business I have ever encountered. I was working on purchasing a car from Larry, who was a nice guy, and when I called to speak to him regarding the price and to let him know I wanted the vehicle, the phone call was intercepted by Jude, who stated that Larry was with another guest and asked for the details so he could help. I let him know the price that was discussed and that I could not change the price because I was unemployed for the past year due to some major health problems. He began to become irate because I couldn't change my price offer (which it wasn't his sale anyway) and referenced the health issues that I went through as "THE PRICE YOU PAY BECAUSE OF THE LIFESTYLE CHOICES YOU MADE". He made his INCORRECT and ASININE assumption based off the fact that I am a guy with a higher toned voice. It doesn't take much to realize what he meant by that, but this was FAR from the case, and definitely cost them a sale. I spoke with a manager, Lee, about this, but my request for him to let me know the outcome of the situation has gone unanswered. I have noticed on other reviews that are left regarding this dealership that the reviewers are given an "apology" on the website with a chance to speak with someone regarding the matter. I am not sure what becomes of it when you've already spoken to a manager and receive no type of resolution and you're still incredibly insulted by the ignorance of the presumptuous and unwarranted behavior of their staff.
