Was very please with the sales service when I purchased my new Palisade over a year ago. Shout out to Mr. Hillard for taking care of all our needs. Less than a year after my purchase my head and arm rest my new Palisade over a year ago. Shout out to Mr. Hillard for taking care of all our needs. Less than a year after my purchase my head and arm rest starting turning yellow. I was told they would be replaced. This was October of 2021. It is now May 2022 and I can not get anyone to give me an update on my order. I have emailed and left messages with both the general manager and the service manager since February, and still no response. I think I have been more than patient. More
