At Novi Cadillac I was on a waiting list. At Les Stanford said bring your car in and drop it off will call you in about four weeks when it’s ready. Everyone was extremely friendly. I had an appointment and I was taken right at the appointment time. I only go there for my oil changes.I had a very bad experience along time ago at a quick lube and I decide I was taken right at the appointment time.
