Well I was happy with the price and ok with the time it took but was very disappointed as I drove away had oil on my steering wheel and could smell fresh oil . Got to my next destination and getting out of took but was very disappointed as I drove away had oil on my steering wheel and could smell fresh oil . Got to my next destination and getting out of the truck seen I had oil smears on the door panel . Must have leaned against it and got some on my arm cause in the restaurant I was in I could smell oil . This truck is spotless with 20,000 miles, maybe end of day they got in a hurry and careless . Sad , not sure if I could go back there again More

Service department replaced my Escalade oil pressure sensor and screen when in fact the oil level didn't even touch the dipstick. Service department is in need of better training. When they see a code t sensor and screen when in fact the oil level didn't even touch the dipstick. Service department is in need of better training. When they see a code they start hanging parts until it is fixed but my cruise control problem wasn't even fixed after keeping it for 2 weeks. Never coming back and will NEVER buy a vehicle from Allen Cadillac Chevrolet! Have a nice day! More
