Service did not meet my expectations. Vehicle was at dealership for over 10 hrs and no loaner vehicle was provided...this is required when Escalade was purchased and still under warranty. When asked I was advised no, crazy thing is a friend just had his escalade serviced and he received a loaner. Very disappointed! More
