I had a problem with a used vehicle I purchased. They fixed what they said they would in a timely fashion. I am a happy customer. fixed what they said they would in a timely fashion. I am a happy customer. More
I came in for an oil change and they were very helpful and professional. I also had my tires rotated and I didn’t know the lugs were locked. They helped explain that to me and they were very quick. and professional. I also had my tires rotated and I didn’t know the lugs were locked. They helped explain that to me and they were very quick. Excellent service and my vehicle was actually done a little before they said it would be. Chris from the service Department was very knowledgeable and friendly. little before they said it would be. Chris from the service Department was very knowledgeable and friendly. More
Service department excellent. Also wanted a good estimate on trade-in value. Talked with a representative and he said he would have an estimate when we picked up the car the next. Saw the representative next on trade-in value. Talked with a representative and he said he would have an estimate when we picked up the car the next. Saw the representative next day and he said around $10,000 and basically walked away. I do not think he even looked at car. Very poor professalism. Took car to Groulx GMC and obtained a formal estimate, plus a better price that was thrown out by Allen representative. More
I've purchased a number of vehicles at this dealership over the years. There is always a push to get you to purchase a "silver" "gold" or "platinum" type service package to cover future problems with your over the years. There is always a push to get you to purchase a "silver" "gold" or "platinum" type service package to cover future problems with your vehicle. I have succumbed to this pressure a few times. My biggest gripe is the dealership doesn't want to honor this when you have a problem which should be covered. Need to replace a bent rim, it doesn't appear bent to us (the dealership). Need to replace a key fob, only if you lose the fob. Always an excuse, never "Hey, we've got it covered." It finally irritated me so much that I purchased my last 2 cars somewhere else. I do like the drive-up and wait service for just a quick look under the hood for a possible problem. It does save time and trouble for a "drop-off" problem More
I give the oil change section 5 stars but the other side I give the oil change section 5 stars but the other side I give a 2-3. I didn't buy this vehicle at your lot, I called and asked if they could get it there for me but was told no so went to Ohio. I had an issue with the radio charging my phone and connect. Also when I bought my truck they gave me the same Curt brake box you sell at your dealership and an extension/connector. According to your site it is 250$ to buy it 75 to install. Asked if they could install the brake box while looking at the radio. I was told it would cost me 275$ to install and I had the wrong cable. Was also told they plugged a phone into my USB port and it worked fine... They said get another cable. Went else where charged me 50$ to install the break box, and used the cable ya'll said was wrong. Also found a loose wire that wasn't all the way plugged in and my Uconnect started working with existing wire. I may come back for an Oil change but will probably take any warranty work elsewhere. I probably won't buy my wife's car from there, I question warranty workers ability, and would prefer to work with a single dealer. More
