I came in for an oil change and they were very helpful and professional. I also had my tires rotated and I didn’t know the lugs were locked. They helped explain that to me and they were very quick. More

Then show it. When I show up with a problem, I'm not there to debate whether it's a problem or not. I know it is. I doubt by now that you can replace the 2010 Buick Enclave rim/wheel that leaks air or the key fob that goes with the car. It's a 2010 for crying out loud. BUT, and that's a big BUT/BUTT, I'll give you a chance to look up the policy that covers these issues and IF you will cover these 2 issues, I'll reconsider your dealership again in the future for car purchases.
