Quick and efficient oil change. Took screw out rear tire and filled all to 37psi to help with air leaks in all tires. Declined rotation. I am spending $800 for new tires this week. A shame with only 6700 miles on my Michelin Premier LX. It is an extremely inferior tire for what I expected from Cadillac and from what I’ve read, they know it. I’ve driven BMW’s for 20 years before purchasing my XT5 and never had a problem with tires. Check with Tim Sutherland, Service Advisor, about my profound disappointment. I have lost the joy of owning and driving my Cadillac 2020 XT5. I hope it comes back. More

Fast service, but I brought in a $30 off coupon and the manager insisted it expired on 11/30. I said that I just received it in my email. He said to let him see my email to see when I received it and insi manager insisted it expired on 11/30. I said that I just received it in my email.
