The job was completed but unlike many dealerships that was it. No safety inspection. Upon returning home we found that one of the headlights was not working. Another dealership we use often washes our vehicle EVERY TIME we have anything done including oil changes. With Allen we always seem to get it back dirtier than when we left it. Usually hand prints, grease and even mud. The time before this they neglected to load a set of rims with air pressure sensors attached into the car after switching rims and consequently lost them and WOULD NOT EVEN CONSIER ANYTHING TOWARD REIMBURSEMENT. With all this and the INCREASING COSTS of repairs I am actually considering finding another dealership. More
