The service department at Allen is the main reason we purchase our cars there but this service left us with major concerns. After discussing the concern with Rusty Skinner we were assured that he would c purchase our cars there but this service left us with major concerns. That all happened and then the man having made the appointment and did the work on the car called and was not aware of service not done that he himself stated would be done. To top it all off many messages have been left for Rusty Skinner to return my call to restore our prior satisfaction with the service department that has not happened in the last 8 days. Am waiting for a callback from Eric at this time. It does not sound like like Allen Honda is too concerned about excellent service ratings from its customers. More

Drove 1.5 hours to purchase an Accord Hybrid. MSRP $39,000. The manager explained (while laughing) how they are marking up prices $3000-$4000 above MSRP. He then stated he will not “honor” internet pr $39,000. The manager explained (while laughing) how they are marking up prices $3000-$4000 above MSRP. He then stated he will not “honor” internet prices or sticker prices…as if he knows what honor is. He then printed out an offer at $45,000...$6000 above MSRP. Clearly his level of arrogance has blinded him to the point he has no thought of future business. I ask if he was actually serious and he laughed and said yes. I told him this isn't even a discussion and I'd gladly pay MSRP. He laughed again until I stood up and walked out. If they are willing to take advantage of the current shortage this way, look out. They are literally laughing at their customers for over paying. Shameful. Honda should be embarrassed to be represented by a dealer like this. More

This is our third lease vehicle from Allen Honda and again they excelled in customer service. Bob McGill was the sales person we worked with for the lease process and he was wonderful.
