Not happy with my purchase at all. I purchased a vehicle for $32,000 and within a week and 200 miles my brakes were squealing loudly every time I stopped. Now 9 months later and 3,000 miles I am having rust bubbles pop up on both rear wheel wells with estimated repairs over $2200. I am highly dissatisfied with my purchase and will not be returning to Allen Mello. Cannot stress enough to others to avoid it as well. More

The manager, Jim, was above and beyond! There was an error with what the salesman told me the car had and I left the lot with it not knowing. Absolutely horrible experience with the service department. I had my jeep looked at under warranty, i stated over the phone that if it was going to cost money, DO NOT proceed. When confronted with the bill, the service manager and the service rep were absolutely horrible to deal with. The manager is a complete jerk and I most definitely do not recommend have your vehicle serviced by them. Save yourself the hassle and have your vehicle serviced elsewhere! More
