Service Stinks, I purchased my jeep there new and after many "other" problems with the service mgr. Bernie, I thought I would give him another try. What a waist of m I purchased my jeep there new and after many "other" problems with the service mgr. Bernie, I thought I would give him another try. What a waist of my time right away he pulled the trump card and tried to tell me that I "voided" the warrantee by changing the tire size, and then told me that it was Chryslers" stand not his. That is why they didn't "look" at my vehicle after they called and told me that they could not duplicate the problem. I said how could that be it does it EVERTIME I drive it. So I called the Chryslers hot line I got with the vehicle and they told me that was not true. So again for the third time the Allen Mellow Service department has LIED to me. As far as the service they just tell people they "looked" at it what a bunch of BS. They thought of anything just not to work on my jeep. Chrysler suggested I bring it to another dealership that was "willing" to find the problem and then do the work. So I went to Lathis Jeep I Lemonister. MA all they do is jeeps. What a top notch dealership :20 min the found and fixed the problem. Allen Mellow had it all day and never found the problem. Bernie you should keep your part time job at Home Depot looks like you are going to NEED it. More

We knew which car we wanted and I emailed 6 different dealers for their price. Kim at Allen Mello got back to me right away with a price. I had two lower prices by a few hundred dollars. Kim said she wasn't sure how they could go lower, but if things didn't work out their offer was still good. One of the dealers came back with $500 off the deal was if I financed thru Chrysler even though I told him that we were paying cash. The other dealer ended up being too far away for a couple hundred dollars savings. I also heard from two other dealers that their price could not be beat by anyone in New England. They ended up being the two highest price options. We went into the dealership check in hand and Andrew took us the rest of the way and got us thru the purchasing process quickly and painlessly. We were going to buy in April or May. We were impressed with the way Joshua dealt with us (no pressure & answered all our questions). We left it at that and left the dealership. 2 days later we returned and bought a Durango. We got a great price (dealers incentive) and a great trade-in value for our old vehicle. Joshua actually went out of his way a delivered the vehicle to our home (20 miles away) on Monday evening and drove our trade-in away. Appreciate all that was done for us and would highly recommend this dealership and salesman. More

Both gentlemen are very friendly, knowledgeable, and always made you feel welcome. Josh has already made two followup calls to me, and I've had the Wrangler less than a week. My wife appreciated that he made sure she was comfortable and as the one who would be driving it, she was very happy with his low-key approach. The numbers worked, the financeing was easy and we drove away that very day in our Grand Cherokee. Bob took very good care to go over all of the controls and he even entered Lori's phone into the bluetooth system. This was so easy, I was waiting for something to change at the end, but it never happened. Bob treated us like neighbors and the rest of the staff made us feel welcome.
