We were on our way in to the showroom to search other local inventory, or order one to my spec, when exactly what I was looking for was being taken off a delivery truck. New Dodge Ram I went in on Black Friday looking for a good deal on a leftover new vehicle or a "gently used" pre-owned vehicle. Ended up working with a great guy ( I went in on Black Friday looking for a good deal on a leftover new vehicle or a "gently used" pre-owned vehicle. Ended up working with a great guy (Josh Ham) who found me a leftover brand new 2014 crew cab with everything I was looking for. He cut me a great deal on the vehicle and we got it locked up in a couple hours even though the place was busy as hell with all the Black Friday deals they had going on. Picked it up the next day complete with the new running boards they installed for me overnight. Win-Win they got rid of some old inventory and I got what I wanted. It never would have happened without Josh. Very customer friendly, not pushy at all. Listened to what I wanted and got me what I asked for. More

Could Not Get Deal Done, But Great Experience This past weekend I drove up to Nashua to look into a used vehicle I noticed online. After I arrived for my scheduled appointment I worked very close This past weekend I drove up to Nashua to look into a used vehicle I noticed online. After I arrived for my scheduled appointment I worked very closely with Larry Stevens. Larry was very focused and professional from the start. He quickly had the vehicle brought up front and I was on a test drive within minutes. I work in sales each day, so I appreciated the fact that he was focused on what I needed and what I was looking for rather than listing features of the vehicle that did not appeal to me. Larry knew all about the vehicle and was able to describe the the history, maintenance performed, etc. After we got back from the test drive we jumped right to a numbers discussion (my choice) and Larry was right there with me looking into different options including financing. While we did not reach a number that worked for both of us, I actually enjoyed the experience. I would recommend Larry and the folks at Allen Mello because I felt like they were very straightforward and did the very best they could to make the deal work. They did not waste time or try to push me at any point...in fact I pushed the pace. Everyone I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable and eager to help. More
