My Dodge Durango was in the dealership 12 days, not what I would expect from a dealership. Firstly our Durango was under warranty and that the dealership was awaiting authorization from FCA USA to process t I would expect from a dealership. We are Canadians, and were on our way home, it was over a week before work started on our Durango. We weren't made aware that we could override the authorization process and pay for the repairs on our credit card and then claim for the repairs once back in Canada. The parts were ordered on the Friday and came in on the Wednesday, again not what we would expect from a Dodge dealership. The only good experience we had from the dealership was the service advisor Chuck. More
