Over-the-top service While on vacation in south Texas, and driving into the Port Aransas area late on a Tuesday afternoon, the air conditioner on our Jeep failed. Fortuna While on vacation in south Texas, and driving into the Port Aransas area late on a Tuesday afternoon, the air conditioner on our Jeep failed. Fortunately for us, we called Allen Samuels for help first. I explained our problem to Eli, and told him we needed to leave Thursday morning, if possible. Eli said if I could get it to the dealership by 7:00am the next day, Wednesday, he would have his technician find the problem and see how long it would take to fix it. We got it there. They found the problem, fixed it, and we were on the road by 10:30am!! While waiting, we visited with a very polite and knowledgeable young salesman named Brandon. He kept us entertained while showing us new vehicles! My wife and I were VERY impressed with the service, care, and attitude we experienced while at the dealership!! Thank you Thank you THANK YOU!! PS: The dealership was spotless! The cookies and coffee were good too! More

Absolutely Amazing!! I was having car troubles and needed my car to be towed as well as get into a loaner car. The cell towers were down in our area and Lacey went out of I was having car troubles and needed my car to be towed as well as get into a loaner car.
