She was all smiles, very friendly, and probably the most honest/up front person I have ever met that worked in the sales department of a dealership. She did not give me the run around or try to get me into a vehicle that I did not want. She worked with me as far as what I was able to afford, what was best for my family and I, and made sure I did not get the raw end of the deal when it came down to getting financed. Stopped in for service, walked out with a new truck. We had taken our 2014 Ram in for service work, while waiting we stepped out on the lot to look at the new ones.
