My seventh new car purchase was the most outstanding of all. Practically met my requested terms to the letter. Not your typical car salesman by far. Didn't feel pressured at all. Most excellent by far new car dealership experience in my life. Would recommend to anyone searching for a new vehicle, GO TO ALLEN SAMUELS IN ARANSAS PASS, TX!!! WONDERFUL WOMAN I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS LADY. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET US FINANCED AND HELP US FIND THE RIGHT CAR FOR MY 16 YEAR OLD DAUGHT I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS LADY. Poliete service!! I came in for an oil change and state inspection, I was a little earie posting such high stars until I was just about to leave. The reason I'm giving I came in for an oil change and state inspection, I was a little earie posting such high stars until I was just about to leave. The reason I'm giving this service department so many stars is because of the little curly hair receptionist/cashier. When my advisor was rushing me to leave, and didn't explain my oil change sheet, she did. I was so confused about what to do next with my inspection and thankfully she took the time to help me. It's amazing what a smile and manners can do for a customer. I will be coming back just because there is still somebody in this day in age still understands the sense of good customer service and didn't treat me just like another dollar in her pocket!! More
